Refund Policy

We are happy to offer a refund for a faulty item or when notified of cancellation providing the item is unused and still sealed in the box provided. This has to be done within 14 days of confirmation of your order. We unfortunately don't offer exchanges, or refund for dissatisfaction of a product. Refunds will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
 

How to return something:
The product must be sealed in the box and unused. Please email the following details to skinequationuk@gmail.com:

Returns reason

Ensure your items are securely wrapped and send your item to the address provided in the reply email. Parcels are returned at your own cost. We recommend that you send the post using Royal Mail Signed For delivery method. We are responsible for items once received at the address. Items lost in transit are not our responsibility.
 

Faulty items:
We are very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a broken product. If you have identified the fault within 14 days of purchase, please contact us for a refund. We can then let you know whether to return it or not. If a fault develops outside of the 14 day return period, contact us via email skinequationuk@gmail.com so we can agree on the best way forward.
 

Please take extra care to read our instructions on how to use. All items must be stored with the lid, away from direct contact with water and away from direct sunlight for the better preservation of the product. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the damage caused to the product is clearly due to misuse.
 

Returns timing:
Once your parcel has been received, it can take up to 10 working days to fulfil your request. When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email and the refund will be processed. Please allow 5 days for the refund payment to be processed.
